Refund Policy

Once order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2 days. We work to deliver as early as possible with best courier partners. If you do not receive your order within 15 days(for Australia) and 20 days(for Oudside Australia) from the day of order placement, kindly intimate us. We will do 100% refund of the order amount. 

 

We always take extra care to pack the ordered items. Recently we came across fraudulent claiming that item is missing. So we always insist to take opening video right before opening the tape without any pause. Once opened make sure to show the items in the box. Without proper proof, refund will not be initiated. 

 

Due to the nature of product, items sold are non-returnable unless there is physical product damage. If there is product damage in transit, same items will be resent without any extra charges(Unboxing video without any pause compulsory to claim this).
